This regularly scheduled series takes place the first and third Tuesday each month, beginning January 5, 2021.

Attendance confirmation and evaluation are required to obtain professional continuing education credit. See session details for the weekly educational topic hosted within this series. Colorado Springs Pediatric Grand Rounds will be hosted virtually until further notice.

Target Audience:
Physicians, Pediatricians, Advanced Practice Providers, Nurses, Nursing Students, Respiratory Therapists, EMS Providers, and other interested community pediatric healthcare providers. Learners will report increased confidence and understanding of how to care for pediatric patients and increased knowledge of available resources to manage specialized and/or complex pediatric issues.  

Global Objectives:

  • Review how to successfully manage and care for the injured pediatric patient.
  • Provide timely and relevant education content in an evidence and outcomes-based manner that will be impactful to pediatric care 
  • Review medically complex pediatric patients or those with relatively rare pediatric conditions and identify resources available in Southern Colorado.
