  • Discuss ECPR, indications for ECMO, how we activate, how our teams/processes work​
  • Evaluate team leadership and examples of closed loop communication​
  • Underscore the variety of wellness resources and support systems in place after codes

Learner Outcome:

At the conclusion of this event, participants will report increased knowledge related to caring for critically ill patients and increased confidence in their ability and proficiency to practice evidence-based medicine in caring for critically ill patients. Participants will report at least one practice change they intend to make as a result of this education.
