The Rapid Cycle Deliberate Practice (RCDP) Facilitator Course equips RNs and interdisciplinary healthcare team members with the skills to confidently design, facilitate, and evaluate simulation-based training using the RCDP approach. Through interactive instruction and hands-on practice, participants learn to deliver high-impact, performance-focused education that accelerates skill development and learner success. The course includes eight hours in a full-day, immersive workshop.
