2nd Annual Pediatric, Adolescent and Young Adult Urologic Oncology Conference
The Pediatric, Adolescent and Young Adult Urologic Oncology Conference is an opportunity for urology physicians and fellows to expand their understanding and education in the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of this specialized area. Pediatric urologic oncology has traditionally been considered a minute aspect of routine pediatric oncology, however, recent reviews of pediatric urology practice demonstrates the proportion dedicated to oncology is more widespread than provided in traditional education in fellowship training.
Over the course of this two day conference, learners will better understand and assess the management of oncology issues in pediatric urology practice, evaluate standards of care for children, adolescents and young adults with urologic malignancy, and improve comprehension of current surgical guideline competence with a focused review of current National Comprehensive Cancer Network, American Urological Association and Children’s Oncology Group guidelines.

Please email abstracts in a standard AUA format with a 350-word limit before February 1, 2023 to nicholas.cost@childrenscolorado.org. If you are not a fellow, and are planning to submit a scientific abstract, please submit by this deadline; after receiving your submission you will be provided a code for a discounted registration rate of $125.
Abstracts will be considered even if they have been presented elsewhere as long as they have not been previously published as a manuscript.
All individuals who register by February 1, 2023 for live registration are eligible to win. This giveaway is open to all legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) at the time of entry. Participation in this giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules and the decisions of Children’s Hospital Colorado. Winning a prize is contingent upon compliance with these official rules.
The eligible registration period for the giveaway will begin on October 1, 2022 and ends on February 1, 2023 at 11:59pm MST. Any registrations entered after this period will not be considered for the giveaway. On or about June 2, 2023, a winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The winner of the drawing will be recorded by Children’s Hospital Colorado and the value of the prize will be attributed as non-monetary compensation. If the winner does not wish to accept the giveaway, an alternate potential winner will be chosen at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries. Children’s Hospital Colorado has the right to cancel the giveaway if particular criteria are not met by the registration deadline.
