Overview

Join us for the 3rd Annual Precision Medicine Retreat, taking place on April 20–21, 2026, hosted by the Precision Medicine Institute at Children's Hospital Colorado. The two-day Retreat will feature keynote speakers, a dynamic mix of lecture-style presentations and panel discussions, and opportunities for networking and interdisciplinary dialogue.

The Retreat aims to deepen our organization’s understanding and awareness of precision medicine, highlight the innovative work happening across our community, and foster shared learning to enhance knowledge and engagement with this evolving field.

CME credits will be available for eligible participants across both days.

Target Audience

Nurse Practitioners/otherAPRNs, Pharmacists, Physician Assistants, Physicians, Psychologists, Registered Nurses and Social Workers.

Learning Objectives

  • Describe the uses, benefits, and limitations of genomic testing technologies in clinical practice.
  • Analyze the implications of broader implementation of genetic medicine across the healthcare system.
  • Review the alignment of the Children’s Hospital Colorado Precision Medicine Institute (CHCO PMI) efforts with the national NIH Precision Medicine Initiative.
