We invite submissions that showcase impactful projects designed to improve outcomes for patients, families, and healthcare team members. We welcome a variety of project types, including Quality Improvement (QI), Evidence-Based Practice (EBP), Process Improvement (PI), Education, Program Evaluation, Research, and other practice-focused initiatives.

Projects should demonstrate a clearly defined problem or opportunity. We are particularly interested in projects that:

  • Improve patient and/or family outcomes, experience, safety, or quality of care
  • Enhance team member well-being, engagement, competence, or satisfaction
  • Improve the care environment, workflows, efficiency, or operational effectiveness
  • Promote professional development, education, leadership growth, or workforce development
  • Advance evidence-based practice, innovation, or interdisciplinary collaboration

Strong submissions will include specific outcome measures and results demonstrating the impact of the project. Whether your project produced large-scale organizational change or meaningful improvements within a single department or team, we encourage you to share your work and lessons learned with colleagues across the healthcare community.

Project abstracts must be submitted by Monday, July 20, 2026.

Do not register until you hear if your poster is accepted. If accepted, you will receive free conference registration. You will hear from us by Friday, July 24, 2026.
