- Examine Non-Glycogen storage disease CHO metabolism disorders including diagnosis and management
- Recognize Galactose and Fructose metabolism disorders
- Evaluate Pyruvate metabolism disorders
- Review clinically rare, but significant, transporter and Polyol defects
