  1. ​​​Participants will understand how the entire rehab process sets the stage for return to sport decision making and present the return to sport continuum
  2. Be able to apply an understanding of movement quality assessment into the return to sport decision making process
  3. Discuss the best testing strategies for different performance variables and include the importance of monitoring workload in the return to sport process
  4. Provide a case-based discussion to highlight the key points involved in the return to sport process

Shane has been practicing physical therapy since 2012 and has been at Children's Hospital Colorado since 2014.  He is Board Certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  He works at the Briargate location in Colorado Spring and is the Physical Therapy ACL Diagnosis Lead at Children’s Colorado.  He has specific interest in injury risk reduction principles and the value of weightlifting and strength and conditioning principles to help reduce the risk of injury.  He has presented locally and nationally on these topics.
