Global Objectives:

  • Identify at least three opportunities for improvement in pediatric trauma resuscitation performance through structured trauma video review, including adherence to primary survey and institutional protocols.
  • Demonstrate improved team-based trauma resuscitation behaviors, including timely role assignment, closed-loop communication, and execution of critical interventions (airway, hemorrhage control, massive transfusion activation) during trauma activations.
  • Apply current evidence-based pediatric trauma guidelines and institutional algorithms to real-time clinical decision-making to reduce delays in critical interventions and improve patient safety.
