COVID Guidelines
There are currently no state or county mask requirements and masks are optional at the conference and The Lodge at Vail. We suggest reviewing the CDC recommendations prior to travel. If you are experiencing any symptoms consistent with a SARS-CoV-2 infection, we ask that you stay in your room away from others and attend the conference virtually.

Shuttle to LAV with EPIC Mountain Express
The EPIC Mountain Express (EME) has negotiated conference rates to and from Denver International Airport. Please use the special booking link below and give the page a minute to load with our special code.
Transportation Services - Vail Valley
Transportation Services within Vail Valley are frequent and convenient, including the Vail Village Free Shuttle. Please visit the Concierge Desk or click on the link below for additional information.
Parking in Vail
Parking at LAV - Valet parking is available 24 hours with a $15.00/day charge for anyone staying at the resort. Let the valet know when you check in that you have a reservation to receive the $15.00/rate. A $5 tip is suggested each time the car is parked or dropped off. The fee for conference attendees who are staying off property or guests of anyone on the property will be charged $ 50/daily per vehicle. Please note hotel confirmations include standard parking rates, not our contracted rate. Be sure you are given the $15/day rate if your are staying on property.
Additional parking is available at the town structure two blocks away for everyone visiting Vail Village. Please click on the link below for updated parking throughout Vail Valley.

- If you have not booked a hotel room, please visit the lodging tab on the registration page for the most updated information on lodging arrangements. Vail Lodging
- If you have, check-in time at the Lodge at Vail is 4:00 p.m.
- Registration for the conference opens at 4:20 p.m. on Sunday. Please see the conference agenda for the complete schedule.
- LAV check-out time for Friday, August 4 is 12:00 p.m. If needed, the front desk can hold your luggage after you check out.
- Anyone staying at the LAV under our block, will not be charged the Resort fee,
Activities
Sunday Evening Reception - A complimentary wine and cheese reception will be held at 6:40 p.m. immediately following the 5:30 lecture in the Lodge at Vail’s Cucina Rustica Restaurant. All participants and a guest are welcome!
