Course OverviewIn the United States, more than 5.3 million linguistically diverse students are enrolled in public schools. Many of these students participate in Dual Language, Bilingual Education, or English as a Second Language programs. Understanding the context in which these students are taking these programs is crucial for effective screening, instruction, identification and intervention. This session will explore the relationship between the components of language and literacy.
