Overview of the Session

In today's healthcare landscape, cultivating a strong professional brand is key to career success. This interactive session will explore the importance of professional branding and its impact on career growth. Participants will examine key components of a professional brand, assess their current brand, and develop strategies for strengthening their professional identity.

Target Audience

This session is open to all students and team members at Children's Hospital Colorado, UCHealth, and the University of Colorado College of Nursing.

Learner Outcome

After taking part in this event, participants will report increased knowledge related to professional branding and creating a professional brand to strengthen professional identity. 

Remote Watch Parties (self-organized)

We encourage those watching virtually to gather their departments and co-workers together to enjoy this experience at a location of your choosing.

Additional In-person Nurse Leader and Educator Workshop

Nurse leaders with direct reports, educators, faculty, and aspiring nurse leaders are encouraged to register for a live, in-person only workshop with Dr. Rose O. Sherman on the same day in the mid-afternoon. The workshop, titled "A New World of Work", will provide valuable insights into navigating today’s evolving healthcare environment.
