  • List phenotypes and identify biochemical findings of disorders of neurotransmitter biosynthesis and recycling. 
  • Describe approaches to therapy for neurotransmitter disorders. 
  • Detail the roles of serine in neurons, consequences of serine deficiency and potential therapies. 
  • Identify signs, symptoms and laboratory abnormalities for disorders of riboflavin, pyridoxine and folate biosynthesis and transport.
