Rapid Cycle Deliberate Practice (RCDP) Facilitator Course

Overview and Target Audience
This activity is for RNs and interdisciplinary healthcare team members who would like to learn Rapid Cycle Deliberate Practice (RCDP) to confidently design, facilitate, and evaluate simulation-based training using the RCDP approach.
Learner Outcome
Upon completion of this educational activity, participants will report increased knowledge in the effective design, facilitation, and debriefing of simulation-based learning using the RCDP methodology. They will demonstrate the ability to develop and implement objective-driven simulation experiences, incorporating key components such as scenario design, structured pre-briefing, and evidence-based facilitation techniques.
On-Demand Modules (will be available late September) must be completed prior to the course on October 22nd
