Pediatric Education Days | Steamboat Springs, CO - September 3rd - AM Session
LIVE OUTREACH IN-PERSON ACTIVITY

Objectives and Target Audience
This activity is for interdisciplinary healthcare team members caring for pediatric patients in an emergency and pre-hospital setting. We will provide clinical updates and address current topics relevant to the care for sick and injured pediatric patients.
This activity will be held at the UCHealth Yampa Valley Medical Center in Steamboat Springs, CO with an in person only attendance option. No virtual or recorded links are provided for this event.
Learner Outcome
After attending this education, learners will report increased knowledge of assessment and treatment principles for common pediatric emergencies and the presentation and management of pediatric respiratory emergencies. Learners will be expected to successfully demonstrate key pediatric clinical care skills including IV/IO access, fluid resuscitation, suctioning, and use of oxygen devices.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
A registration refund, minus a $10.00 cancellation fee, will be issued if the cancellation request is received at least 14 calendar days prior to the activity date. No refunds will be granted after this deadline or for non-attendance. However, a substitute may attend in your place if you notify the conference coordinator at least three days before the activity.
Children’s Hospital Colorado reserves the right to modify the agenda or cancel the activity due to unforeseen circumstances or if minimum registration is not met by August 12, 2025. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to registered participants.
