14th Annual Updates in Pediatric Clinical Nutrition Conference

Target Audience
This conference is intended to present the most current research and application for clinical nutrition practice areas for the care of infants and children and will be of interest to staff at Children’s Colorado, community physicians, nurses, dietitians and other multidisciplinary healthcare providers.
Learning Objectives
Empower providers to implement practical, harm-free lifestyle strategies that promote children’s health and well-being, while addressing social, psychological, and physical challenges across diverse body types.
Review current breastfeeding policies, common feeding challenges, and the application of Children’s Colorado Trifecta Approach to support optimal infant nutrition and care.
Gain the skills to assess and manage nutritional needs in children with food allergies and restricted diets, including safe introduction of common allergens.
Enhance provider competency in identifying, treating, and supporting adolescents with eating disorders through inclusive care practices and appropriate intervention strategies.
Describe the clinical use of GLP-1 receptor agonists in pediatrics and apply tailored nutritional strategies to support safe and effective treatment.
Explore how early-life nutrition and maternal diet influence pediatric MASLD risk through the lens of developmental origins and current research.

Cancellation Policy
The Planning Committee reserves the right to alter the agenda or cancel the conference in the event of an unforeseen circumstance, or if the minimum registration is not attained by October 24, 2025 with a full refund to participants.
- A registration refund, minus a $20.00 cancellation fee, will be issued if the cancellation request is received at least 14 calendar days prior to the activity date. No refunds will be granted after this deadline or for non-attendance. However, a substitute may attend in your place if you notify the conference coordinator at least three days before the activity.
- All cancellations must be received in writing at [email protected]
- No refunds will be given three (3) business days prior to the activity start date.
- Cancelled registrations can be transferred to another individual for the same activity.
- Individuals who fail to attend the activity (no-shows) will not receive any refund. Forfeited fees may not be applied to any other activity.
