Concussion in the Classroom
SPORTS MEDICINE CENTER - CONCUSSION PROGRAM
This conference on youth concussion will cover topics in recognizing kids who are at increased risk of developing persisting symptoms after concussion, how to manage learning in the classroom, mental health concerns after concussion, complicated learning factors, symptom management, as well as return to activity and sports clearance.
Target Audience
This activity is designed to support the needs of school nurses, school counselors, school administrators, teachers, and athletic trainers.
