How do I create an account?
Reminder: Create only one account in this learning management system.
Visitor account
- Click ’Register’ found on the top right corner of the home page. Then click ‘Create a new visitor account’.
Fill out the user account form and click ‘Create new account’ button once you are done at the bottom of the form.
To ensure the correct credit is received, be sure to choose your AFFILIATION (your work organization) and LEARNER TYPE (physician, nurse, EMS, etc.).
Many activities will allow you to register and/or check-in via text message (SMS); however, you must have your mobile number included in your account. A 4-digit number will be texted to your mobile phone. Input those numbers on the ‘Mobile’ tab to verify your number in the system.
You can edit your profile by clicking on ‘My account’ in the top right corner of the home page, and then click the ‘Edit’ tab.
Children’s Hospital Colorado and Anschutz Team Members account
- Click ‘Register’ found on the top right corner of the home page. Click on the “Login” button under the Children's Hospital Colorado Team Members section.
- If you are using a Children’s Colorado computer and it’s logged into the Children’s Colorado network, you will be automatically logged in utilizing single sign-on (SSO).
- If you are not connected the Children’s Colorado network, use your childrenscolorado.org email address as your username and your Children’s Colorado network password. You will be asked to authentic yourself utilizing Duo or Microsoft Authenticator.
How do I edit my account?
- Click on ‘My account’ in the top banner on the right.
- Once in the ‘My Account' page, click the ‘Edit’ tab to make updates or changes. Click on the ‘Save’ button when you are done.
Forgotten Username/Password
I am a Children’s Colorado employee, how do I reset my password?
- Children’s Hospital employees have single sign on (SSO), which is linked to your organizational sign-on. Reach out to IT if you need to reset your password.
I am not a Children’s Colorado employee, how do I reset my password?
- Click on 'Visitor Login', Click on the hyperlink 'Forgot password?'
- Follow the prompts to reset your password.
Registration
How do I register for a course?
- Use the ‘Catalog’ or use the search bar to find a course.
- Click on the course and then click on the ‘Register’ tab.
What is the cancellation process/policy for Continuing Education at Children’s Hospital Colorado?
- Event specific cancellation policies are in each respective conference brochure. In all circumstances, if a refund is not an option, you may send a substitute with prior notification.
How do I search for courses in my specialty?
- Search under ‘Catalog’ and refine for category, format, or credit type.
Receipts
How do I print my receipt?
- Select the ‘My account’ tab and go to ‘Orders & receipts’.
- Choose the date and click the printer icon.
Where do I go to download a receipt?
- Select the ‘My account’ tab, and go to ‘Orders & receipts’.
- Choose the date and click the printer icon.
- Click the ‘Print Invoice’ button in the upper right-hand corner.
- Choose ‘PDF’ from the list of printers in the print dialog box.
- Click ‘Print’.
- Click ‘OK’ and enter a new file name for your PDF & save to your desired location.
Certificates/Transcripts
How do I download my transcript?
- Select the ‘My account’ tab click on Transcript.
- Download a pdf of completed or external credit activities.
How do I add other credits to my transcript (e.g. those obtained outside of Continuing Education at Children’s Hospital Colorado)?
- Under the ‘My account’ tab click on Transcript.
- Click on ‘External credits’ then click ‘Add credits’.
- Complete the information to ‘Create external credit’ including uploading a copy of the external certificate, if desired.
- Click ‘SAVE’ and the external credit will be added to your transcript.
How do I go to see my credits from past courses?
- Under the ‘My account’ tab click on ‘Transcript’.
- Choose ‘Completed activities,’ ‘Pending activities’ or ‘External credits’.
- Credits from past course can be searched by title or within a date range.
- Transcripts can be viewed, downloaded or printed.
- How can I download a certificate?
- Under the ‘My account’ tab click on ‘Transcript’.
- Click ‘Download’ for any course as appropriate.
Activity Information
Will an activity save my progress if I need to step away and return to it later?
- Yes, it will automatically save your progress.
How do I return to a activity I’ve already registered for and resume it?
- Click the ‘My account’ tab click on ‘Course’.
- Click the course as appropriate.
- Click ‘Register/Enter Course’.
- Click ‘Resume course’.

Which browser should I use for the CE@CHCO website?
- CE@CHCO works with most web browsers (e.g., Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari)
Do I need to have Adobe Reader to participate in courses?
- A PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, will be required to participate in some courses.

Parking information
- Most conferences are held at Children’s Hospital Colorado on the Anschutz Medical Campus in the Medical Conference and Education Center, 13123 E. 16th Avenue in Aurora, Colorado 80045.
- CHCO team members are required use assigned parking locations. Guests may park in the Lot 10 located to the east of the hospital on Victor Street.
- Anschutz Medical Campus employees must park in their designated area.

Will there be free Wi-Fi at Children's Hospital Colorado?
- Children’s Hospital Colorado has Wi-Fi access. Guests should use the approved “TCH Family Network” public network hosted by Children’s Colorado.
I am an overseas participant and need a letter of invitation before I can receive my visa. What is the procedure?
- Registration is paid in full.
- Registrants must use an email address affiliated with an institute of higher education or a recognized organization related to international higher education.
- Registrants may be asked to provide a brief statement regarding how the strategic issues in international professional education conference is relevant to their work.
- Registrants must be fluent in English to allow full participation.
