1) Identify unconscious bias and identify actions that help mitigate bias
2) Explore concepts and applied behaviors associated with inclusive leadership including building a diverse team, fostering interpersonal safety and integration of difference in service of belonging and a culture of inclusivity
3) Discuss personal leadership philosophy on DHEI
4) List the CHCO Health Equity Strategy and Leadership Practices
5) Establish a deeper understanding of personal and professional wellness
