Target Audience

Learning Objectives
1| Discuss the ethical considerations of artificial intelligence in healthcare, such as, privacy and security, bias, autonomy and decision-making, and accessibility and equity
2| Identify disparities in healthcare access and outcomes related to diversity and health equity.
3| Initiate and lead discussions on diversity and inclusion within their healthcare teamies in their own practice settings.
4| Discuss how medication formularies change, how medication shortages occur, and what the impacts of shortages are on patients and providers.
