Pediatric Call Center Spring Education 2026 - Remote, Community Participants
VIRTUAL ACTIVITY
This educational event is designed to enhance healthcare professionals' knowledge, clinical judgment, and triage decision making, with a special focus on the pediatric population. Participants will receive evidence based guidance on the remote assessment and management of common and high risk pediatric conditions, including mental health concerns, feeding tube complications, seizure activity, and seasonal summer emergencies. Emphasis is placed on identifying urgency, ensuring safe disposition, and applying practical strategies in real world clinical scenarios.
Target Audience
Pediatric Call Center nursing staff providing telephone triage care advice.
Learner Outcome
At the conclusion of this event, > 85% of participant will report increased knowledge of current evidence based clinical judgment and practice strategies in pediatric triage and call center to safely triage and manage pediatric patients, including mental health concerns, feeding tube complications, seizure activity, and seasonal summer emergencies.
