33rd Annual Abby Stoddard Lectureship in Pediatric Neurology

Aurora, CO US
September 10, 2026 to September 11, 2026

The Abby Stoddard Lectureship and Visiting Professorship at Children's Hospital Colorado provides physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, residents, fellows, and other healthcare professionals from Children's Hospital Colorado and throughout the Rocky Mountain Region an opportunity to advance their knowledge and skills in the evaluation and management of pediatric headache disorders.

This year's activity will focus on improving clinicians' ability to differentiate primary from secondary headache disorders using structured assessment tools and pediatric-specific red flag criteria, apply guideline-based treatment strategies, and integrate emerging therapies into clinical practice. Participants will also examine best practices for outpatient triage, rescue planning, chronification risk assessment, and family counseling to improve patient outcomes and reduce unnecessary emergency department utilization.
