Adaptive Resiliency Theory: A New Approach to Burnout and Well-being
This course for the interdisciplinary health care team (RN, MD, APP, EMS) explores how resilience can be redefined and applied within today’s healthcare environment to combat burnout and promote well-being. Participants will learn the principles of Adaptive Resilience Theory and how it relates to real-world experiences in healthcare. The session will introduce practical strategies to shorten the “collapse” phase during stress and strengthen resilience, along with leadership practices that foster a culture of well-being. By the end, learners will have actionable tools to support both personal and organizational resilience.
