CSH Trauma Simulation - April Session

This education will teach PICU and ED nurses how to effectively participate in a trauma code blue by providing an overview of trauma, trauma room survey, and trauma equipment review. Two trauma simulations will be conducted to incorporate the knowledge provided.

Pediatric Intensive Care and Emergency Department RNs and EMTs at the Children's Hospital Colorado - Colorado Springs. 

Learning Outcome

Upon completion of this education, participants will report increased knowledge and confidence in running a trauma code blue.
