Evidence Based Evaluation and Treatment of Pediatric Headache and Migraine
This course for the interdisciplinary healthcare team will include a review of current literature and clinical pathways followed by Children's Hospital Colorado for pediatric headaches and migraines. In addition to a presentation from a content expert, attendees will participate in case study review to provide direction on practice. As a result of this activity, learners will be able to report new knowledge related to headaches and migraines in order to provide current, evidence-based care to pediatric patients.

Learning Objectives
- Identify the diagnostic criteria for migraine as outlined in the ICHD-3 classification.
- Describe acute migraine treatment.
- Discuss when prevention is necessary and identify what agents are approriate.
