This comprehensive surgical and management workshop includes an extra day dedicated to Urology and Hirschsprung Disease.

Target Audience
The course is designed for pediatric surgeons, urologists, gynecologists and gastroenterologists, as well as pediatric nurses managing patients with colorectal issues.
Learning Objectives
- Review the principles of diagnosis and management of anorectal defects
- Discuss the challenges of short- and long-term postoperative care
- Describe the diagnosis of fecal incontinence and constipation and the difference in their management
- Recognize indications for re-operative surgery
- Discuss management of associated urologic and gynecologic problems
- Review the comprehensive management approach to cloacal exstrophy
- Explain or outline the use of the posterior sagittal approach for a variety of conditions
Learner Outcome
Participants will report increased knowledge of pertinent clinical conditions of pediatric patients with a anorectal malformation.

Medical: Children’s Hospital Colorado is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Nursing: Children’s Hospital Colorado is approved with distinction as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by Colorado Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
Others: A general certificate of attendance will be provided to all others upon completion of the online evaluation. Claim credit commensurate with your participation.

Cancellation Policy: Online refunds may be processed through February 28, 2025 minus a $150 cancellation fee. After this date no refunds will be granted for non-attendance.
Substitutions are permitted prior to the conference without any penalty and prior notification. Substitutions made on-site at the conference will be subject to a $50.00 change fee.
