- Define recurrent croup using current clinical criteria and distinguish it from acute or atypical presentations.
- Identify and evaluate underlying etiologies contributing to recurrent croup, including infectious, anatomical, inflammatory and airway-reactivity causes.
- Recognize high-risk patient groups who warrant closer monitoring, earlier intervention, or further diagnostic evaluation.
- Describe the role of endoscopy in the assessment of recurrent croup, including indications, diagnostic yield and implications for management.
