Each 2021 Target Zero Forum presentation will provide data, examine actual CHCO safety events, and explore best practices and cause analysis. 

Target Audience

This activity is for Children's Hospital Colorado employees, faculty, fellows and residents.

Learner Outcomes

As a result of this activity, each participant is to implement safety practices in one's daily work to reduce preventable harm in an ever-changing healthcare environment.

Learning Objectives

  • Examine strategies to identify and reduce preventable harm at Children's Hospital Colorado  
  • Describe the key success factors for reductions in harm
