Educational Objectives:

1. Deepen connection within the CHCO Provider Leadership Community.
2. Learn to leverage tools to improve interpersonal communication and understanding, improve teamwork, enable group creativity and innovation, increase collaboration, and realize the values of all perspectives when working through a change initiative in the workplace.
3. Use the Change Style Indicator self-assessment to identify individual style and understand the working dynamics of leading change with other change styles.
4. Explore stages of transition common to periods of change and skills needed to navigate.
5. Recognize best practices in change leadership to lead by influence.
6. Learn to recognize situations that require courageous conversations, gaining the skills to initiate and navigate such discussions effectively.
7. Enhance conflict resolution skills through Courageous Conversations.
