Overview of the Session
6th Annual Nurses Leading the Way: From Disruption To Direction - Thriving in Times of Transition. In a world where change and uncertainty have become the norm, this session invites nurses at every level to rediscover purpose, connection, and hope. Dr. Dent will share practical tools and inspiring stories to help nurses move from disruption to direction, rekindling engagement, confidence, and joy in the work they do every day.
Target Audience
This session is open to all students and team members at Children's Hospital Colorado, UCHealth, and the University of Colorado College of Nursing.
Learner Outcome
At the conclusion of this session, learners will be able to identify strategies that foster hope, engagement, and resilience during transitions to promote thriving within their practice.

We encourage those watching virtually to gather their departments and co-workers together to enjoy this experience at a location of your choosing.
Additional In-person Nurse Leader and Educator Workshop
Nurse leaders, aspiring nurse leaders, educators and faculty, and are encouraged to register for a live, in-person only workshop with Dr. Bob Dent on the same day in the mid-afternoon. The workshop, titled "Leading Change with Heart and Vision," will emphasize leading with both heart and strategic clarity .
If you desire to attend both activities, separate registration is required for each.

In-person Attendance
The live in person session will be held at Children's Hospital Colorado Medical Conference and Education Center on the 2nd floor in Mts. Yale and Princeton Conference Rooms.
Parking
Anschutz Medical Campus team members are required to park in their assigned locations. Those that are guests to the hospital may park in Lot 10 off Victor Street.
Virtual Attendance
Virtual option: Learners attending virtually will receive a Zoom link prior to the activity.
This session will be recorded and be available later for viewing with no continuing education credit.

Children’s Hospital Colorado will provide 1.75 nursing continuing professional development contact hours to participants who register for the conference, log attendance, and complete the post-conference evaluation within 14-days of the event.
