Dear Exhibitor,
We are delighted to announce the upcoming conference, 43rd Annual Conference on Pediatric Infectious Diseases, provided by Children’s Hospital Colorado, Pediatric Infectious Diseases. The conference will be held July 26-31, 2026 at The Lodge at Vail, in beautiful Vail Colorado.
We recognize these types of educational programs would not be possible without your support. If you are interested in participating, please review the attachments below and choose one of the registration options under the “Register” tab.
Exhibits will take place three days only: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (July 26- 28)
- One-day exhibit table: $1250
- Two-day exhibit table: $2500
- Three-day exhibit table: $3000

Accommodations
Hotel room and condominium accommodations are available at The Lodge at Vail
(lodgeatvail.rockresorts.com), located at 174 E. Gore Creek Drive, Vail, CO 81657. The Lodge at
Vail has an outdoor pool, hot tubs, spa facilities, a bar, and restaurants on site. The Lodge at
Vail is near Ford Park and the Gerald Ford Amphitheatre.
Hotel rooms are being held at an exceptionally reduced block rate for conference attendees. A
limited supply of Condo units with full kitchens are also available.

We have redesigned the registration site so one person registers (the person submitting payment) with a form to enter all the representatives that will be at the exhibit booth during the week (two per day). We hope you like this better than reminding your colleagues to register!
